Been a EE customer for around 8 years and have been using my smart benefit over the last couple of years for Apple Music , I had a look to see what else the was and changed my smart benefit to Britbox .. received the text from EE and went to register ( never signed upto Britbox before ) .
clicked the link in the text from EE,
put phone number in and received a pin to enter.
Entered pin, then clicked Finish Setup.
started creating an account.
enter name - ✔️
enter email - ✔️
enter password - Creating new accounts is disabled….
now I know Britbox is owned by ITVX so why have I now lost 1 month of my smart benefits due to EE not removing the option for Britbox???

Have you now been able to select an available Smart Benefit for the following month?

No can’t find a link to web chat to them, can’t ring them as I’m in work and not allowed personal phone calls.

Thank you Katie_B, chatted to them and they have changed it back to Apple Music… though they really do need to remove the Britbox option for Smart Benefits due to it no longer being accepted..
