Ho to claim Earbuds and S Pen

Hi,

I recently bought EE contract with S23 Ultra phone and expected earbuds and S Pen with it but not included in the box, I contacted EE sales and they said this should be claimed via Samsung,  I tried Samsung but as I didn't buy the phone or contract from them directly, they said I should go back to provider (EE) for help in claim. 

I am stuck in the middle not sure what to do, no one helping, I called again EE sales/support but no one answer me what to do.

The S Pen is built into the bottom of the device. 

The headphones are sent 14-30 days from purchase by EE if you qualify for the offer.
