Just ordered a new sim for the 70gb offer. If I add that new number to an existing EE account instead of making a new one, will I still be eligible for the offer? I used to be with EE a year ago and am now returning, so I just used that account. Thanks.

Hi @JAY0932
Welcome to the community.
Have you already ordered the SIM on an existing, live account?

I ordered the sim on a new account and received it yesterday, but I registered the number to another existing account.

I'm not sure what you mean, @JAY0932. I think it's probably best to speak to our Mobile Care team so they can check the accounts and try to make sure that you get the offer you signed up for with the correct number.

Is the new SIM on PAYG? Is the existing a/c on contract? If so, you can't mix them.
