I recently ordered some beats wireless headphones as an add on accessory to my account, I appreciate that these things can be out of stock at certain times and the may take a little time to dispatch but since I ordered them in the 4th Jan I’ve heard nothing and have no way of tracking the order as the order track tells me it cannot provide an info. Will the add on be charged to my account, is it still coming? How on Earth can it be this difficult to find out what’s going on?

Best option is to make a DPD account using same email and phone number you use for EE. Because in my experience yre more likely to find out from DPD about yre delivery before EE tracking tells you anything. But also you could ring up CS on 150 and ask them what’s going on. Also the add on is charged to yre bill monthly
