Help - accessing EE perks

Hi, I’m a Perks newbie 

I am trying to log into EE Perks I am registered but it is not accepting my password nor will it allow me to reset the password - have tried several times but never get the reset email.  I have checked my junk folder and they are not in there and cannot re-register as I get the message to say I am already registered. 

I am frustrated with this experience. My 30 days is due to expire and I’m worried a signed up for a package deal based on the application of the discount .
I am a NHS employee and yes I have verified my account. 

Please help.

Thanks for coming here. 

Are you using the NHS email to log in and for the password reset email to be sent to? 

How long ago did you register for a perk account?
