Hi,
I have lost count of the hours I have spent talking to your representatives & trying to get this resolved.
I work for NHS.
I need a perk code
i log in - my account is deactivated
X2 people have previously emailed perk to reactivate account - this has still not happened.
Ive spoken to a manager who said they would call me back - still did not happen.
why does no-one working at EE understand how to reactivate the account.
My place of work is unable to do this - they say it has nothing to do with them.
As an EE customer for years and years I’m extremely disappointed in the customer service I have received.
My parents have taken out EE contracts on the understanding they could get 20% off with perk discount!
Can someone please help
