Add to plan order cancelled

Hi, 

I recently tried to purchase a ps5 as a gift as an add on to my monthly plan, the next day the order was cancelled, I have been on hold waiting for an advisor for half an hour just wondering why it would be cancelled? I have 3 items already and already have a ps5 for myself on the plan so that could be it but then why would I still be able to order more add ons?

@Wookiee12091  You can only have items on add to plan at any one time.
