300 prepaid card with samsung s22 plus

So after chasing EE for nearly 2 months and replying to the text I got in November to claim my 300 prepaid card which was part of the deal. I'm now being told they applied a 20 percent discount to my account instead of honoring the 300 prepaid card. Er no EE this is not the contract I signed up to or I'd never of got the phone from you as you are one of the most expensive for the s22 plus. I only stayed and upgraded with you as the 300 prepaid card would help with cost of Xmas and cost of living bills right now. Now your telling me that I'm not getting it as I was told. I have just submitted my data request form asking for the call to be sent to me of the upgrade. When I get this aswell as the text I have to make the claim and the email which states my price plan is 57 a month and not 57 minus 20 percent discount. I will either want my 300 prepaid card or I want to return the phone without any fee to do so and expect my early upgrade fee back which I.paid also. Absolute miss sold my last contract and I won't be letting this lie, I have been told il get a call from a MANAGER tomorrow after 5pm as I have already wasted 4 hours of my life chasing this contract deal and I won't be wasting anymore of my time. Bad EE...bad.

We are still waiting too and we had to give them bank details so why would they wanna do a prepaid card
