Hi I ordered a device to come to a store and have been told I would receive tracking from DPD as it was meant to arrive yesterday.
I heard or received nothing and tracking on the website using my xkn just gives me the usual EE error saying this can't be tracked at the moment...
Previously my phone was actually delivered to a store but I didn't receive any tracking or wasn't informed. Could this be the case again?

Good Afternoon @Kamwell.
The store should notify you when your item is ready to collect.
Alternatively, you can give our customer service team a call who can check the progress of your order. If your item has been dispatched they will also be able to provide you your DPD tracking number.
Fingers crossed it's not much longer!
