Hi ordered a I pad on friday saus it would be delivered in 48 hours had confirmation e mail but cant track order

@Terri79 Yove not had a tracking number as your order hasn't been processed, I would call customer service about this.

I'd recommend following @Chris_B's advice and contacting our Mobile Care Team if you don't have a tracking number to use in our online tracker.

I have a tracking number but it's saying that they cant do that and it's been confirmed says on way to you
