unable to receive SMS but i can get calls

HI,

 

I have noticed that for the last few days i have not been able to receive SMS messages from website like ticktok to log in. I since asked my husband  to send me a sms from three network and this also did not come through. It just shows as undeliverable on his phone.

 

I have tried texting a balance update to 150 and this come though, so did the code from EE when i changed my password. So i am struggling to understand what has gone wrong here. I am on PAYG and have not top up for a few months, if this makes a difference?

 

Any ideas would be welcomed

Welcome to our community.

If you haven't topped up in a while, your SIM may have gone into hibernation. You can see more about this here What is pay as you go and flex hibernation, and how do I stop it?

Have you had any text messages about this before?
