24 hour line to report device stolen is closed. fantastic

I am sorry to hear you need to report your device stolen

Our line to report this is 24 hours and can be done when our customer care team aren't around. 

Did you call 07953 966 250?

Our customer care team will be available to speak to this morning from 8am till 8pm this evening.

Hi @Katie_B  I've just had exactly the same! So much for 24 hours?!? And yes I did call 07953996250. Who else can help out of hours please?

I'm sorry you have lost your phone and are having trouble reporting it.

Just to add to Katie's message above, if you are a business customer, 07953 966 250 is the best number to call. If you are on a consumer account, 07953 966 150 as per the link @Katie_B has included above. 

Either number would connect for you to get to a guide but I can see in your message the number you have typed is slightly different and not one of our numbers.
