Every time I try to make a call I get 'the system is busy, please try later'. I can receive calls and send and receive texts. Pay as you go & am in credit.

If I power down the phone and then restart it I still get the problem.

No I am not a new customer. It’s a pay as you go phone owned by my mother in law and she’s had it for some time. She doesn’t have internet access so I’m reporting it for her.

There are no network problems in the area. My wife is on EE and her phone is fine. Also the phone with the problem can receive calls and also send/receive texts.
