What help are you seeking with your voicemail service? No-one else can send a text message from your phone, but I'd guess you're meaning to ask something else.

If the short message is not working then try restarting your device and trying again.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.
