Does anyone know if I add the roaming add on for £10 a month will it be one month from the day it's added or renew with my plan? I have 2 days left of the cycle of my plan but I unexpectedl have to travel. I'd rather not pay it twice I only need it for 3 weeks. EE isn't open until 8 am by then I'm on a plane so I can't ask them.
Also calls to numbers in the country I am in in EU used to be included are they now with the add on? Or I'd pay for that separately?

The Roam Abroad Pass is charged pro-rata from the day you order it (text ROAMING PASS to 150) to the day you cancel it (text STOP ROAMING PASS to 150). You do start by paying up to the next bill date. Then in the billing month you cancel it you will get a rebate for the days after you cancel.
Calls to EU & UK are included in your allowance.

No, there shouldn't be any extra charge the following month cycle for the add-on - it is done on a pro-rata basis I was advised on here
