I TYPE IN CAPITALS TO SEE BETTER. I AM NOT A HAPPY BUNNY WITH THE DIFFICULTY IN FINDING CUSTOMER SERVICE. I AM ELDERLY AND SO I NEED MY MOBILE FOR MEDICAL APPOINTMENTS AND RECEIVING CALLS. I CANNOT MAKE CALLS FOR DISABILITY REASONS. NOBODY HAS REPLIED VIA EMAIL.
WHEN I GO TO THE DOCTORS PATIENTS HAVE TO ANSWER THEIR MOBILES TO SAY THEY HAVE ARRIVED.
I CAN PRESS THE RIGHT BUTTON.
THERE MAY BE MANY OUT THERE WITH VISUAL PROBLEMS.
WAKE UP CUSTOMER SERVICE. WE ARE ALL SUBJECT TO THE AGING PROCESS. SMALL CHARACTERS BECOME EVEN SMALLER AS TIME GOES ON.
ALSO SOME PEOPLE LIKE MYSELF STRUGGLE WITH TECHNOLOGY AND THOSE WHO ARE COMFORTABLE WITH IT FORGET THOSE WHO ARE NOT.
SO FAR I AM NOT IMPRESSED. PLEASE EXCUSE TYPOS IT TAKES ME A LONG TIME TYPE THEN CHECK FOR ERRORS.
I RECALL A VERY OFFPUTTING SCREEN RE PROVING DISABILITY AND HAVING TO BE REGISTERED. THIS IS ****HUMILITATING. DOCTORS ARE VERY BUSY. WHAT ABOUT PEOPLE WHO ARE SIMPLY SLOWING DOWN AS THEY AGE? WHEN MY MOBILE GIVES UP THE GHOST I WILL LOOK ELSEWHERE FOR A CONSIDERATE, EFFICIENT, HUMANE COMPANY.
