Been having issues with my signal whether it be internet or phone. Phoned EE to get this resolved but didnt happen. Received a text saying my case was closed without it being resolved so phoned again and got told nothing they could do. Anyone looking for a reliable service DON'T USE EE

There is no account access on these forums so nobody knows what you were told.
Have you checked EE network status checker?
https://coverage.ee.co.uk/coverage/ee
- What device do you have?
- Did EE provide your device?
- Are you on PAYG or pay monthly contract?
- Can you access EE WiFi calling service?
- Does this network issue happen in one location (at home) or everywhere?
Thanks

@Futurevodafone Is this since you had the device or recently? Wi-Fi calling is a free service provided by EE so why not use it it’s there to use for when you have poor to no service. So if there is a network issue in your area it provides you work a working signal.

The status checker posted above is the ideal way to check for local coverage outages, which are sometimes unavoidable with any mobile network. Another good test of network issues is whether other EE users locally are having similar problems.
WiFi-calling is a free service, which enables you to continue using your phone anytime you have indoor coverage issues for whatever reason.
