conflicting/incorrect information

a few weeks ago i received this text, it seems to contain incorrect information, why would i lose access to 3G 2 months before it is turned off. also even when it is turned off i should still be able to access data via 2G

To avoid any loss of service, I'd recommend migrating your legacy account over to EE ahead of time.

ee is too expensive, i refuse to pay £50 a month for internet

Hi @2023tmobileuser,

If there isn't a plan in our pay as you go or pay monthly ranges to suit your needs, I'd recommend making alternative service arrangements to avoid being left without a data connection.

i have just ordered an unlimited data sim from smarty and it only cost £20, i dont know why ee wants £50 for unlimited data on pay as you go
