Roaming on pay monthly

I have been pay monthly customer for over 5 years. I upgraded my phone August 2021, as I usually do every 2 years. Am I covered for free roaming in Spain? Many thanks 

There may be a billing issue with your mobile account

Put £10 on this account, went to buy discord nitro apple asked for a payment method I put in my phone number and it said “there may be a billing issue with your mobile account. Contact your provider or add a new payment method”

Resolved! Services still not reconnected

Hi, I have changed my mobile provider to EE, my EE SIM is in my phone now and I have ported my old number over, however, incoming calls go straight to voicemail, can anyone help?
