Resolved! Roam abroad add on not working

I’ve added the roam abroad add on costing £10 to my account but it doesn’t work? I can’t get any service/data only Wi-Fi at my hotel… how do I get this to work on my iPhone?

Cant send or recieve texts

I've just got a new sim with EE and I can't send or recieve text messages to/from other networks. I've checked the message centre number and have sent myself a text and both are in order. My mobile data does work but I'm concerned about the text mess...

Usa roaming
