Calls abroad

Hello, I am currently in the US and although I can use data, I can’t seem to make calls (not even to voicemail). My roaming is switched on in the settings section of my phone and it’s automatically connected to AT&T, but nothing is working.

problem between 2 phones on the same account

We have 2 apple phones on the same account. I am not able to ring or text my partner although he can ring me . I can phone and text other people . When i ring him it goes straight to answer phone and he is not getting the messages i leave.

I have received nuisance calls from 0843 122 2305 claiming to be from EE. The woman has such a strong Asian accent I cannot understand what she is saying to me. I usually hang-up after 15-20 seconds as I cannot understand her. Surely, this isn't EE?

Intermittent phone ring

I have just bought a Nokia X10, although it shows I have a full signal, sometimes calls go straight to voicemail without ringing or vibrating, any ideas.

Account holder

I am trying to upgrade my phone but it is saying I am not the account holder. When I first bought this phone (Samsung galaxy 21 ultra) i took the contract out under my name so I dont understand why it isn't letting me upgrade.

Not registered on network in Tenerife

Hi, I have just paid £10 to use roaming in Australia. Just arrived in Australia and received a text from EE saying that all calls to countries outside the EU will be £1.35 a minute. I thought that calls to an Australian phone number would be included...
