Hello I’m out India 

EE say you need roaming on to receive calls or txts.

I don’t want roaming on as I have WiFi can anyone explain why I’m receiving no calls or messages 

I’ve got zero network on this line logging in to accounts has been a massive problem because of the one time passcode txts an not receiving them

Using your phone abroad is called roaming, if you want to have a connection to a local network in foreign countries you need to have roaming enabled on your SIM.

Without that, your phone will not connect to an Indian network - and this will result in no coverage with which to call, text or use mobile data.

WiFi-calling is not supported abroad.
