Hi all. IIv set up my roaming b4 i flew to tenerife, but now here i cant call anyone.Ihave no signal bars just a cross. Ideas welcome please.

No internet despite full 5G

Connect to network

I'm in Florence and can't access the ee network have turned roaming etc on and turned phone off and on again but can't make calls and can only connect to hotel WiFi
