I am in the US. I have a physical EE UK SIM on an unlimited pay monthly contract and a physical US SIM from another provider. Since yesterday afternoon I cannot make calls when my UK SIM is installed (it was working in the morning). Prior to that it worked fine. The UK SIM still works for data and texts but calls do not connect. I get silence and then a message saying Call Failed after about 20 seconds.
The US SIM works fine when installed.
I have tried using wifi calling and also 4G mobile. I have a good signal on both. I have checked that the Do not disturb is not switched on and other answers provided by Google.
I cannot ring EE technical support as the phone does not work! Is anyone able to help with any other ideas please?

Hi,
In the US with ATT, you cannot use voice calls due to some 4G calling issues that other users have pointed out. Can you please select T Mobile network manually and check what happens? On a different note, remove/ switch the US sim and try to use the UK sim standalone.
Thank you.

Thanks for the replies.
Noted re ATT. As it happens I am on the T Mobile network at the moment. Both SIMs are physical so I have to take the US SIM out and put the UK SIM in - I am only using one SIM at a time.
Noted re wifi calling, thank you. I have a good 4G signal and am sitting in exactly the same place as when the phone worked fine and made calls yesterday... I will however try some different locations and report back if it works.
