My phone has just been changed over from BT to EE and I’ve lost all my mobile services can anyone advisethanks

Resolved! Roam Pass prorata charges

Hi, Does EE charge prorata for Roam Pass at all? I have a few days left to my restart my monthly plan and just wondering will they charge me for a full month ?

Same issue with mine. I booked a repairs EE shop slot on three occasions only to have my time wasted for hours each time. The issue is still unresolved and I have a 24 month contract with EE. I'm considering making a formal ombudsman complaint.
