Data not working

My daughter has roaming set up and we had trouble getting it going last month. She’s away again and data not working again. I raised the spend cap last month on her device but do I have to tell EE again she’s away. It’s ridiculous

Whereabouts is your daughter? Is data roaming set up in her phone settings?

Is she on contract or pay as you go?

Hello. Thank you. Yes it’s weird. It’s a contract SIM set up for roaming. I had the shock of having to pay roaming charge daily. I have never paid this until now as my contracts were always included in it. Wasn’t told when I moved to EE this would be a thing so a little

so yes, contract. She was in France in January. And again this week. France and Switzerland. I don’t think we’ve changed her settings since last out there so presumed it would work   Obviously not lol

Do you know if your daughter is able to make and receive calls, @EmmaHB50?

Does have a plan that has an inclusive extra? If so, you can set up the Roam Abroad Pass as the extra so she can use her UK allowances in France.

I haven’t spoken to her yet today as she was travelling over night. But I can see her on find my so if I can do that I’m guessing it’s working now? I checked the spend cap too on the account and raised it so I’ll check later if all working. Thanks again
