Same- it’s been two days with no access to the roaming I purchased. We contacted customer service  using  my husbands phone 12 hours ago and I still have no signal- and despite promising to update my husband EE have not communicated any update to us....

I'm having the same issue.  Arrived in Chicago yesterday (26th).  Not connected to a service (I hadn't text roam before leaving admittedly). I contacted the EE messaging help via the app.  They said they had activated it and restart device in 30 mins...
