Wifi calling people unable to hear me

I’m having this exact issue despite wifi calling being switched off in settings on my iPhone 14 Plus. When I turn off WiFi on my phone the call works fine, when it’s switched on I can hear the incoming audio fine but the other person cannot hear me. Hard to describe the issue exactly as it’s only on the outgoing audio.

For clarity in all scenarios I have wifi calling disabled in settings the difference is fully turning WiFi off on the phone so I wonder if it’s an interference issue with EE spectrum?

Worth noting I’m on gigaclear broadband with eero mesh routers but also had this issue in our previous house on the same iPhone and previous iPhone 11 on Virgin broadband and router and also on Sky broadband and router so the problem seems to be with iPhones and the EE network when connected to wifi.

This won't be an interference issue. WiFi works on 2.4Gh, 5Ghz & 6Ghz. The closest bands that EE use for mobile services are 2.6Ghz & 3.5Ghz
