Hi! My contracted ended and I changed it to a sim only on 12th August, or I thought I had! I didn’t realise till I was billed again at the same price. So today I called ee and explained, they could see I’d agreed the contract but it hadn’t been set up. They agreed to set it up and refund for the month I’d been overcharged. Right at the end of the call I was cut off and now I can’t make or receive calls. I am using my phone data though. Could I have inadvertently messed the settings up, or could ee have done something? I can’t even phone ee, not even the payment line! Thanks in advance if anyone has any ideas!

You've not answered whether your phone shows network coverage, but I'll assume yes it does.
You'll need to contact EE-CS from another phone, they have account access which will be needed here. Use 07953 966150 from any working phone.

Does your phone show network coverage? What happens when you try making a call?

it says call ended. My son tried to call me, he says it just cuts off.
