WiFi Calling issues

Hi, I have no signal at all, I have wifi so I've switched it to wifi calling but I still don't get phone calls, I would like some kind of booster but whats wrong with the wifi calling?

In that case it's definitely going to be best reaching out to our team. 

Whilst it's usually enabled by default, there's a chance this may have been disabled at the account level so it's definitely best giving our team a shout so we can double check everything at our end.

@Taff2752  There are no boosters boxes available as WiFi calling replaced these. These were also only 3G and that got switched off.  

what phone do you have ?

Does the WiFi-calling symbol show on your phone screen? It does vary between Apple & Android.

The legacy equipment that was popularly referred to as a booster was actually a 3G microcell, using your home broadband to backhaul. With 3G being nationally switched off, an Ofcom-compliant "booster" will cost 3-figures upwards.

Hi, my wifi signal is on, I've got good WiFi but a 🚫for phone signal, I can only phone people through WhatsApp but calls from people on normal line i miss the call

@Taff2752     Just to ask this phone does work when you’re out and about and connected to the EE network?    Ie away from this location,  I’m just trying to ascertain that this device does work via a cellular connection and there is no issue with the device or SIM card.

If you could confirm the details @Chris_B and @bristolian have mentioned here that would be really helpful, as it can give us an idea on how wide-reaching these issues are.

If everything is as it should be with your service over a cellular connection, then I'd recommend giving our team a call, and we can make sure all the relevant features are active on your account at our end.

Hi, yes it works fine when I'm away from home

Hi, the WiFi calling signal is on all the time, the phone works fine when I'm away from home, just nothing at home
