Hello,
I have an issue with EE WiFi calling, after 30 seconds EE WiFi Calling switches off and it reverts back to normal EE signal. The issue only happens when calling other EE customers when on WiFi calling. Tests I have ran:
- EE to EE call, both on EE WiFi calling, different locations, home WiFi. WiFi calling drops, call stays connected, neither party can hear each other.
- EE to EE call one person on WiFi calling, one on full signal area, works fine
- EE to 150 using WiFi calling, works fine
- EE to landline using WiFi calling, works fine
- EE to O2 using EE WiFi calling and O2 either on O2 WiFi calling or full signal, works fine
- Airplane mode (so it doesn't switch from WiFi calling to normal signal) with EE WiFi calling to EE WiFi calling. WiFi calling cuts out.
- Everything reset, phones, routers etc, all have the same results as above.
