What issue are you having with roaming? We may be able to help here on the community.
You can speak to someone over live chat or phone by visiting this page, selecting the product you need help with and then clicking on the 'Start Conversation' button when it appears. Live chat is available 8am - 10:30pm every day. If it says it is unavailable, try again in 5 minutes.
