Voicemail issue

I’m still quite new to EE but when I listen to a voicemail message and it gives the option to listen again by pressing 1… if I press 1 it says it’s invalid!!!  Why is it doing this? I have a iPhone 13pro and am in the UK if it helps.

Welcome to the community,

Did you know you can have visual voicemail on the IPhone? You just need to register for it and you will get them straight to your phone without having to ring voicemail, and can then keep them forever, not sure why, when told to press 1 you are getting this problem.
