I have been a long time EE customer and generally have had a good experience. About 1.5 years ago, I upgraded via the call centre and a got a new phone with pretty much the most expensive contract (I pay $110 per month).
Ever since then, I have had issues with roaming. With all my previous contracts, I would land in a location and roaming would be seamless.
Now - I am stuck in an endless loop. When I land, it says I have run out of data and I need to buy data. When I try to buy data (which I don't want to, because I used to get a day pass option - but when desperate, you do what you need to do), it says that I already have roaming.
I opted for the MOT and went into the store and they couldn't fix it.
Now it has gotten even worse. I was in Switzerland two weeks ago and my phone refused to roam even in Switzerland.
I am really frustrated and I am getting ZERO help from EE.
anybody has any ideas?
