Voicemail has not worked last 2 year

Hello I have been unable to use voicemail for the last two years. EE hasn't fixed it and my store in Hemel Hempstead., Said it's national problem and they couldn't help.

Has anyone else encountered this problem.

Haven't been able to speak to anyone on website

What's the issue with your voicemail?

What happens when you dial 222 or speed-dial 1?

@whitecloack   I think the store fobbed you off.     Have you tried texting VM OFF to 150 then restart the device then text VM ON to 150 ? 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
Hello my phone says cannot connect at this time.wheni text it's responce is
always. That's thereaproblem with this service.
I don't know how to get it to work. Has anyone else encountered this.

I'd recommend getting in touch with our Customer Care team to make sure voicemail is set up on your account.
