@Georgieletters9  Then you call customer service and use a credit card or go to an EE store with photo ID.    But what are you trying todo ? 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

@Johnpowerramsay   Then go to an EE store with that ID and request content lock to be removed from your EE account.
