Hi, can anyone help me please@?! I keep getting sms messages from different people saying they've sent me a video call/photo when they havent???? I dont open these messages, it asks you to log into EE with a passcode and is only available for 7 days?? Ive had at least 6 if these now, none have been sent by the recipient!!! Is it a scam.... 🙄

Not so much a scam but more a glitch on EE's part.

 

For most phones, you can download the MMS settings needed from the online set up tool , so you can receive MMS directly w/out being falsely directed to EE's d/load site.

To phone EE CS: Dial Freephone +44 800 079 8586 - Option 1 for Mobile Phone & Mobile Broadband or Option 2 for Home Broadband & Home Phone

ISPs: 1999: Freeserve 48K Dial-Up => 2005: Wanadoo 1 Meg BB => 2007: Orange 2 Meg BB => 2008: Orange 8 Meg LLU => 2010: Orange 16 Meg LLU => 2011: Orange 20 Meg WBC => 2014: EE 20 Meg WBC => 2020: EE 40 Meg FTTC => 2022: EE 80 Meg FTTC (no landline number)

In addition to the advice from @XRaySpeX, you can view any current messages that you may have received in our online MMS page.

 

You'll need your mobile number and the one-time password.
