Hi.
I have opened the link you've shared and unfortunately, there is no option to start the online chat with customer support. I'm in Brazil and for some reason my sin card stopped working this is very inconvenient because I need to receive messages for authorisation. How else can I contact the support team to check what the problem is? Thank you

The post you'd added to was from early-2023, it's better to start a new thread explaining your issues and get current advice - the new thread has been done for you.
Has your phone worked abroad previously, and it's now stopped working? That could be a local network issue if so - try selecting a different one.
Or have you travelled abroad and your phone has never worked? That's a different scenario - if so, are you on pay-monthly or PAYG?
