Hi all,
Wondering if someone can help me with this issue.
I joined EE over 10 years ago and have never had an issue so far, but within the last few days I haven't been able to eceive any verification texts for work (Office 365), or for personal accounts (Paypal etc).
I try tapping the resend code button, but nothing happens - which is causing me severe issues at work (as a I am a contractor) as I cannot sign into my work systems, and personally, as I cannot sign in to Paypal to check transacations for my small business.
I am wondering if anyone else has experienced similar within the last few days and it is a known bug, or if a restriction has been applied to my account for some reason (have always been ablwe to receive these texts before)?

Which model phone are you using?
Can you receive other texts, is this only the verification texts that are not received?

I'm using an iphone 11 pro. I can receive other texts fine from people I know.
The last time I received an OTP was on Saturday morning, and I have been unable to receive verification messages from Office 365 and Paypal for a few days now.
