When I don't answer calls, my VM is telling callers it is transferring them to 101 (Norfolk police) and I have no idea why. VW used to work & I have not changed anything. I have checked my VM settings and personal greeting is apparently set, but when I tried again to ring, I am getting the above message....what is happening????? I have a Samsung Galaxy S22.
Just to update - If I terminate caller, it will divert to my VM, if I let the call ring until it's natural end, it will tell caller they are being transferred to 101?????

I have a GALAXY A20e
EE operator talked me through correcting my 101 diversion problem.
"go to phone app 3 dots top right then SETTINGS then SUPPLEMENTARY SERVICES, then CALL FORWARDING, then make sure all options are set to the EE correct voice mail number, one of my options said 101 - BINGO - remove and copy correct number. (at first the number wasn't recognised by EE because it started +44, I was told to remove the area cod +44 and replace with zero, it worked {even though the other numbers started +44} and auto corrected when 'confirmed').🙄

Good morning @MaryM-46, thanks for sharing this!
I'm really glad to hear our Guide managed to help you get this sorted out in the end too 😊

Good morning @Gorron!
Welcome to the EE Community 😊
Have you had a chance to check out the advice @MaryM-46 mentioned a few posts up?
The menu options can be slightly different between phones, but it should be fairly similar for accessing your call forwarding settings.
We have a Help Guide for one Oppo model here, but this is for general diverts, so once you get to step 5 you need to select Voicemail rather than Call Forwarding.
Make sure that this is showing our voicemail number and if 101 is entered anywhere please delete this.

I have recently taken over an iPhone pro Max which was previously on O2 without an issue.
Then when it was loaded to EE I started to get the same problem that others are reporting
ie:when it completes all rings it diverts to 101 where it asks the caller ‘which police station is required’! If however I cut the call before it finishes the rings then it goes to my VM.
Call forwarding was already switched off on the phone.
i found advice which said I should enter ##002# to cancel call forwarding
This worked to some extent. The message the caller gets now is ‘ the number is unable to take your call please call later’. There is no option to go to VM and leave a message.
this is getting very frustrating. It only seems to affect EE users. Please advise.

Good morning @CR6776.
Welcome to the EE Community.
Since cancelling call forwarding have you text VM ON to 150?

I recently got a new Samsung A25 and had no problems until yesterday when a friend informed me my voicemail was asking what police station 101 they required.
I had to contact EE and essentially had to switch off voicemail and reset it.
It is now working. Clearly an EE problem.

No I hadn’t, didn’t know I had to seeing as this came out of the blue and was working before. But it now seems to be working thank you.
