I'm in new york and I have no network coverage. I can't use my phone. How do I fix this

@DavidSimpson000 That’s probably because you didn’t enable from within your EE account. You’ll need to contact customer services to have this enabled. But if you’ve used this device abroad before have you tried restarting the device and also a manual network search ?
