Re: Roaming in Canada problem

Sorry to jump on an old thread. Jan 23 I was in Canada with roaming pack and everything worked fine. Im back now with same pack and it does not work. I get connect for couple seconds then nothing. Have to reboot phone for another couple of seconds of working then off again. 

Any ideas? I'm here for work and need this resolved

Can you try manually connecting to another network in your phone settings, do you stay connected?

Hey, thanks for getting back. I've tried each one, connects for around 30 seconds max then back to emergency calls. Its really confusing as In January I had no issues whatsoever and was In the same place.

Do you still have the same plan as the last time, @Ziggygee? Are you on contract or pay as you go?

Contract. Same plan and bolton/adding. Nothing has changed

I'd recommend giving our Mobile Care team a call over a VoiP service such as Skype, @Ziggygee.

They'll be able to check everything from our side for you.

The contact numbers are here on our contact us help page. The team you need to speak to is our technical support team and they're open 08:00AM - 09:00PM Monday - Friday and 08:00AM - 08:00PM at weekends (UK time).
