Receiving a text in Japan

Hi,  

I cannot receive any text in Japan of my PAYG ee sim.

call and send a text is fine. Can someone advise me to fix this issue?

@Leo22190   There is nothing configure with a PAYG sim.    If you can send there is no reason not to receive.  Have you tried just restarting the device?    Just to ask is that from a UK number to yourself?
