Using data while I am in Hungary

Anybody can help.

I toped up my cap with £20 in order to use internet in Hungary (EU).

Doesn’t work. Do I need to set up something?

Does your phone show a connection to a Hungarian network? Did you receive the welcome text when you first arrived in Hungary?

The answer to both will give a clue as to what the issue could be.
