Can not make calls but can receive calls

Hi,

I am currently in Hungary. I am not able to make any calls (either to UK numbers or international numbers) but I am able to receive them. Unfortunately, I can’t even contact customer service as my phone shows ‘call failed’ whenever I try. Let me know if anyone can help please!

Is this the same on all 3 Hungarian networks? Try manually selecting each one in-turn or toggling flight mode.

You can contact customer service using Skype for free:

If on pay as you go, you need to make sure that you have enough credit to make calls.

To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using Skype or another phone: +44 800 079 8586 or +44 800 956 6000.

I am on pay as I go. I have enough credits and on top of that I purchased an additional 100 minutes ad-on just yesterday for calls, but no luck.
