Will I get charged to use my phone In Germany, France, Belgium and Holland? Iv read I can add on for £2 a day but don’t know how to and can’t get through to an advisor

@Annie1967 : Are you on contract or PAYG? The need for add-ons or paying a £2/day charge in the EU is only for contracts. It does not apply to PAYG. If you are on contract, you've already got the free £2/day add-on enabling you to use any of your usual UK allowances there for £2 on each day you do,
