yes it was fine up to about 11.00am when it started with the error0 messages

Exactly the same with me, was fine texting my mum and friends then 11 onwards I can't send a text

The fact that I'm not going over my character limit, hence the "short"

@kfoyle1 : Let's be clear! My remark was aimed at somebody saying that EE doesn't impose any limit & some phones limit them to "usually" 160 chars while others saying some networks limit them to less. These statements are blatantly incorrect or unclear as the 160 char limit is imposed by the protocol network-wide & worldwide on ASCII (7-bit) coded SMSs.

I am also unable to send texts. I can receive texts and make calls but not send texts. Any updates?
