International calls barred

I am a UK customer currently in Portugal and cannot make phone callS.I have roaming set up , I have spend cap I have tried all the hints and tips but still get the message , you are barred from making into calls !i can use my data for everything else...

Cannot make or receive calls

I couldn't make or receive calls.last week. Got a replacement sim and still having the same problem although I can now send and receive messages. Did have sim error and network error but number is now showing in sim 1 but greyed out. Have reset.phone...

Getting calls about my missed call

Hi,I kept getting calls from people I do not know that I missed called them. It started about a month ago, happens twice a week. But I do not call these numbers. I even do not have the phone numbers saved. Why is this happening?
