I forgot to text 150 before leaving the UK.In Egypt for two weeks,need roaming in case of an emergency.

Missed calls

When people phone me they sometimes, not all the time, get ‘user busy’ even when I’m not. My phone doesn’t ring and it comes up as a missed call. I don’t have call barring or call forwarding enabled. Can you help?

Service issue

Hello, when I make a call I have a problems as other people have difficulty hearing me. Can you please resolve this issue for me and give me the reason as to why this is happening?
