Unable to receive international calls from one number on UK mobile

Hello,

I am unable to receive international calls from a relative's mobile phone on my UK mobile. My relative has sufficient credit on their mobile phone. Their number is not blocked. They are also unable to call my EE landline. Any suggestions? I'm on a monthly EE contract.

What happens when your relative tries calling your numbers? Are they greeted by any audible announcement, your voicemail or an error tone?

If it's your voicemail, this would suggest a block has been inadvertently placed on their number by yourself. If something else, there may be a routing issue, in which case your relative will need to report the problem to their network provider.

Many thanks bristolian for helpful advice. Problem resolved with the help of my relative's mobile provider!
