I was away travelling for 9 weeks and my sim has been deleted . I need a new sim

My daughter was away travelling g and didn’t use her sim for 9 weeks it has been deleted. She needs a sim urgently as her phone not working now she is back in the uk

@Fran4321  When you say deleted what exactly do you mean as SIM cards do not get deactivated at 9 weeks.    If you do need a replacement sim you’ll need to call customer service or go to a EE store with in date phone ID to request a replacement sim. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
